3rd Annual Summer Day Camp
STEAM IS FUNDAMENTAL!!
Science. Technology. Engineering. Arts/Agriculture. Mathematics.

The only thing more important than our youth seeing representation in the STEAM industries is introducing and encouraging them to excel at it themselves. Our program spends one week on each facet of STEM from coding to urban agriculture.

STEAM Camp Details
Our inaugural Pyramid Builders Youth STEAM Camp presented 10 students with Certificates of Outstanding Achievement for completing our three week STEAM intensive. The camp course load was as follows:

Week One - Water Catchment System/Soil Composition
Children built a base and installed a water barrel. They also learned the basics of composting and how to amend soil.
Week Two - Solar Panel
Children learned about collecting and storing solar energy, then built a model solar city
Week Three - Computer Programing
Children learned about 3D Printing and each printed their own designs.
